I bought this book for ideas on helping my soccer team train their speed As it turns out, this book is by far the best book that I own for developing SAQ Speed, Agility, and Quickness.Pros The book not only covers the topics in general, but it also gives sub categories like plyometric exercises for speed and agility ladder drills for agility Clear and easy to read Each exercise is listed separately with step by step instructions and a clear picture or graphic Also, there is a DVD included which [...]

Great resource and the DVD is nice to demonstrate However, I only gave 4 stars because I wish all of the exercises were demonstrated on the DVD Only some were presumably the ones that were complex not as easily explained in writing, but there were still others I found to be a bit confusing and found myself looking up on YouTube All in all a good product, though

    6. Philo-sophia says:
Good tool for coaches or anyone looking to enhance their workout Used it for my team, to help build endurance and agility I like the step by step instructions, and the video that comes with I appreciate the diagram identifying levels beginner, intermediate, and advanced This helped me to tailor agility drills to the needs of my team.
