   In canine agility, the handler can really help her dog if she herself is also an athlete, not just the dog Top agility dog trainer Chris Parker recommended this book, and I agree that it s worthwhile Agility is a useful ability, in sport and in everyday life That said, I did also get Developing Agility and Quickness, edited by Jay Dawes and Mark Roozen I found this second book to be slightly detailed in explanations Most of the actual drills are presented in both books The Brown Ferrigno book d [...]

   Great resource and the DVD is nice to demonstrate However, I only gave 4 stars because I wish all of the exercises were demonstrated on the DVD Only some were presumably the ones that were complex not as easily explained in writing, but there were still others I found to be a bit confusing and found myself looking up on YouTube All in all a good product, though
